Wayfair Needs a Customer Service Rep in WA, OR or NV ($15/Hour + Benefits)

Wayfair is hiring a customer service consultant in Washington, Oregon or Nevada. Pay is $15 per hour with a quarterly performance bonus of up to $2,000.

You will be speaking with about 50 to 60 customers over the phone per shift, helping them with any issues and handling their concerns. 

You must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, GED or the equivalent, and have a working knowledge of the Windows Operating Systems. You will need to attend a mandatory training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers via inbound phone calls, chats and emails.
  • Helping customers navigate a variety of post-order issues, including shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services and order notifications.
  • Listening actively and de-escalating customer concerns.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • A high school diploma, GED or the equivalent.
  • A computer hardwired to a minimum internet speed of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload).
  • Understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Private workspace free of distractions.
  • Availability for training.
