Havenly, an interior design company, is hiring a CX associate.

This is a full-time remote position expected to pay $18 per hour for you to work 40 hours a week generally from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST Tuesdays through Sundays.

Responsibilities include providing customer support via email, chat and phone, resolving customer complaints and maintaining records of customer interactions.

You must have at least one year of experience, written and verbal communication skills and time management skills.
