BigTime, an operating system, is hiring a customer support compliance supervisor.

This is a full-time remote position available for anyone around the world. Pay is not disclosed. 

Responsibilities include overseeing resets, email updates and account suspensions, supervising senior customer service agents and maintaining detailed records. 

You must have experience in a compliance-related role or proven problem-solving capabilities, the ability to analyze complex issues and attention to detail and accuracy.
