WFH Weekdays as a Customer Service Specialist for HealthStream

HealthStream, a workforce learning platform, is hiring a customer service specialist.

This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work 8-hour shifts weekdays between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. CST. Pay is not disclosed.

Responsibilities include providing customer service and product support, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues and participating in testing new features and releases.

You must have one year of customer service experience, a fantastic phone presence and great problem-solving abilities.
