This is a full-time remote position that pays $30,000-$67,000 annually.

Responsibilities include helping onboarding customers, helping them understand each step of the process and upselling products.

Applicants must have at least two years of customer-facing or account management experience; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; and communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Providing accurate and complete quotes.
  • Helping customers understand their contract and next steps.

  • Driving renewals.
